Refund policy
At Rovan, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. 30-Day Refund Window
We offer refunds or replacements within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered. The 30-day period begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking information.
Requests submitted after 30 days of confirmed delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. No Returns Policy (Refund or Replacement Only)
Rovan does not accept physical returns.
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, customers are not required to send items back. If your item qualifies under our refund eligibility conditions, we will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A free replacement
Eligibility is determined after review of submitted evidence.
3. Refund & Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are granted only under the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective or malfunctioning
- You received the wrong product, color, or size
- The order was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier tracking)
To qualify, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photo or video evidence showing the issue
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient evidence.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect ordering by the customer
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality
- Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs (if the order was shipped on time)
- Requests made after the 30-day window
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
After 12 hours, or once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Refund Processing
If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
